• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified—so double-check before you hit ‘buy’!

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer fast shipping because we know cold sores don’t wait.

• Metro Sydney: Next business day delivery if you order before 2 PM.

• Rest of Australia: Standard and express options available at checkout.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personal nature of our product, we do not accept returns once opened.

• If your LLÏTSTICK arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days once approved.
